ERIC MURRAY, P.ENG. :: PRESIDENT & CEO
Eric brings 20 years experience in positions responsible for global sales and business growth. At Tantalus, his efforts have resulted in year-over-year growth and established TUNet as a top tier provider of advanced metering systems for Smart Grid applications. During this time he also helped secure technology and business alliances with Badger, GE, Energate, Itron and manufacturers of complementary technologies. Prior to joining Tantalus, Eric held senior executive positions with ABB and GE where he developed strategic initiatives in industry segments including utilities, primary manufacturing, and communications. Eric is a professional engineer and holds an MBA.

KEITH MARTIN, P.ENG. :: CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
Keith is a 20-year veteran of product development and has been responsible for many successful technology products. He served in senior engineering and marketing management positions with several high technology companies including Dynapro Systems Inc. (now a division of 3M), a leading provider of wireless solutions for enterprise applications and e-business collaboration. Keith founded Tantalus in 1989.

JOHN HAYLOCK, MBA :: CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
John has experience throughout the debt and equity spectrum of the capital markets and has worked with a range of companies within the energy sector, from start-ups to multi-billion dollar organizations. He brings 12 years experience in both corporate and investment banking with the Bank of Montreal group of companies and has served as Vice President at BMO Nesbitt Burns. John holds a bachelor degrees in Mathematics and Chemical Engineering and obtained an MBA from the University of Western Ontario.

TAMMY ZUCCO , MBA :: CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER
Tammy focuses on building the Tantalus brand and delivering strategic marketing programs. She comes to Tantalus from ABB, where she led the North American strategic marketing activities of the Power Division. She played an integral role in developing and implementing the company’s Smart Grid business strategy and establishing industry alliances. Tammy also helped create the National Electrical Manufacturers’ Association’s Smart Grid Advisory Council, and served as ABB's liaison with the U.S. Dept. of Energy and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.

MIKE TABBERT, MBA :: VICE PRESIDENT, SALES
Mike has over 30 years of business experience, primarily associated with the utility industry. Prior to joining Tantalus in 2008, Mike held senior level business development positions with Elster Integrated Solutions, Hunt Power and Primen Inc. On the utility side, Mike had increasingly responsible roles at Detroit Edison, Southwest Gas and Portland General Electric. Mike’s experience also includes consulting at Deloitte & Touche, market research at EPRI and extensive system software while at Indus International, SPL WorldGroup (SVP Global Sales) and Severn Trent Systems. Mike has also taught at Arizona State, University of Nevada, Las Vegas and Portland State University.

JOHN BRETT, P.ENG. :: VICE PRESIDENT, FIELD OPERATIONS
A former Canadian Navy officer, John has 20 years of technology and sales experience. John served as General Manager of AAL Autometrics Associates Ltd., a supplier of software for substation electrical apparatus. In sales and product development management roles at Dynapro Systems Inc., he worked with electric, gas and pipeline customers to provide industrial automation solutions for plant operations.

GERRY WEST :: VICE PRESIDENT, PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
Gerry brings a strong set of project management skills to Tantalus and experience building and managing multi-disciplined engineering teams. During his 28-year career, has held senior management positions within Motorola and Webtech Wireless. Notable products which Gerry has managed through to commercial introduction include Motorola’s first portable wireless data modem and Wideray’s innovative digital media access point. Gerry is responsible for leading Tantalus’ fast growing product development team, managing the evolution of its product portfolio, and ensuring that Tantalus delivers best-in-class Smart Grid technologies.
