Tantalus is led by a senior management team that averages 25 years each in industrial and wireless communications product development and marketing including sales of large wireless data projects, nation-wide paging, systems, fleet tracking systems, and leading-edge internet communication products. Cumulatively, Tantalus employees have led the design, development and commercialization of 18 industrial and communications products over the past 20 years.

Dr. Dom Geraghty :: President & Chief Executive Officer 
Dom brings a wealth of business and financial expertise in high-growth, technology-driven organizations. He has led the development and commercialization of energy technology products including AMR/AMI applications for distributed generation, energy storage, power quality reporting, and remote monitoring and control. He also founded several IT companies and helped numerous others acquire venture capital, initiate strategic alliances and acquisitions, and bring their products to market. As a ten year veteran of the EPRI (Electric Power Research Institute), he was responsible for launching and managing energy-related R&D programs. His publications include a book on energy venture fund investing and many peer-reviewed articles in industry journals. Dom holds a PhD in engineering and an MBA.
Keith Martin, P.Eng. :: Chief Technology Officer
Keith is a 20-year veteran of product development and has been responsible for many successful technology products. He served in senior engineering and marketing management positions with several high technology companies including Dynapro Systems Inc. (now a division of 3M) and Epic Data Corp., a leading provider of wireless solutions for enterprise applications and e-business collaboration. Keith founded Tantalus in 1989.
John Haylock, MBA :: Chief Financial Officer
John graduated in 1987 with a B.Sc. in Mathematics and in 1988 with a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Alberta. He obtained an MBA from the University of Western Ontario in 1990 and spent the next 12 years in both corporate and investment banking with the Bank of Montreal group of companies. John has experience throughout the debt and equity spectrum of the capital markets and has worked with a range of companies, from start-ups to multi-billion dollar organizations, within the energy industry. His last positions were as CFO consultant to a small publicly-traded company and Vice President at BMO Nesbitt Burns.
Eric Murray, P.Eng. :: Senior VP, Sales & Business Operations
A professional engineer, Murray brings 20 years experience in positions responsible for global sales and business growth at companies including ABB and General Electric. As Vice President Marketing and Business Development with ABB's Utility Division, he spearheaded the company's global alliance with Accenture, growing the partnership from concept to multiple customer engagements within a year. In ABB's Investor Owned Utilities (IOU) division, he sold and drove completion of a precedent-setting turnkey performance contract in Illinois. Eric is based in North Carolina.
John Brett, P.Eng. :: Vice President, Field Operations
A former Canadian Navy officer, John has 20 years of technology and sales experience. John served as the General Manager of AAL Autometrics Associates Ltd., a supplier of software for substation electrical apparatus. In sales and product development management roles at Dynapro Systems Inc. (now a division of 3M), he worked with electric, gas, and pipeline customers to provide industrial automation solutions for their plant operations. John is chairman of the Utilimetrics (formerly AMRA) membership committee. He joined Tantalus in January 2000.
Randy Tkatch, P.Eng. :: Vice President, Product Development
Randy manages the Product Development, Quality Assurance and Manufacturing teams in Tantalus. He is a registered Professional Engineer, with 27 years of experience in the development of embedded and wireless systems.
